DESCRIPTION:As we deepen our receptivity to the wisdom of our bodies\, we can strengthen our inner guidance system. Practicing meditative image-making and journaling exercises\, we will learn ways to increase awareness of mind-body communications and clear pathways to internal cues\, intuitive insights and clear decision -making. Practicing mind-body healing since 1988\, Katherine is a licensed art therapist with extensive experience in diverse subtle energetic modalities and an accomplished artist. On the faculty of New York University for eleven years\, she has taught in many settings\, including conferences for the International Society for the Study of Subtle Energy and Energy Medicine. She has been working in Santa Fe\, privately with clients\, since year 2000.
