In opening to the living universe centered within our physical bodies, we can discover wisdoms beyond language that can guide our actions as therapists, parents, teachers, activists, caregivers, or simply people striving to be the change they wish to see in the world. As human beings we experience joy, anger, humor, trauma, love, fear, and, in these times of rapid global change, intensifying challenge. If we approach a physical life on this planet as an incubator for multi-dimensional growth, what embryonic potentials within our physical bodies await us?

Using self inquiry and role-playing, we will illuminate the play between our ‘minds’ and ‘bodies.’ Together we will investigate how our personal relationships to ‘mind’ and ‘body’ radically shape how we perceive and respond to the people and events around us.

KATHERINE PARAS, M.S., L.P.A.T., Practicing mind-body healing since 1988, Katherine Paras is a licensed art therapist, with extensive experience in diverse subtle energetic modalities, and an accomplished artist. On the faculty of New York University for eleven years, she has taught in many settings, including conferences for the International Society for the Study of Subtle Energy and Energy Medicine. She has been working in Santa Fe, privately with clients, since year 2000.
