Come release and integrate the day. This class will include Restorative Yoga and some Qigong to allow the body and mind to let go. Find center and expand awareness to initiate healing on all levels and delight in profound relaxation.
Restorative Yoga involves supported poses done mostly reclining, seated or laying down with the use of props so the body can completely let go. This facilitates rest for the body as well as replenishing your energy as you relax and open. Some Qigong may be included though less prominently. Allison will provide hands on and group energy healing, some while doing the practices and continued with guided and silent meditation. More than a class, a healing experience.
