A one-day mindfulness retreat, open to all. Through the cultivation of mindfulness during this day, we become conscious of the quality of our intentions. Through the cultivation of intentional loving-kindness, we will open to the caring and interdependence of life. There will be guidance in mindfulness practice, sitting and walking meditation, guided movement, and a metta/prayer circle to end the day. Open to beginning and experienced meditators.
