Wellness Yoga for coping with stress & PTSD, with Michal Hall Curry. This class specializes in breathing, yoga asanas or poses, chi gong and imaging. Everything coming together in the moment, mind-body-breath for wholeness and healing. Causes for stress can range from war, floods , abuse to minor events such as day to day emotional & physical struggles. Trauma/stress can manifest in different ways, flashbacks, shortness of breath,, inability to sleep, freeze-mode, hyper-vigilant and others.
Michal, CHTP, CYI, is a certified yoga instructor since 1997 and a certified touch practitioner since 1999. She teaches conscious awareness through hath a yoga, breathwork, chi gong & imaging.
