This class includes breathing, gentle asanas (postures) imaging, qigong, grounding and other tools for wellness and coping with stress. There are many causes of trauma/stress. They range from major experiences-war, floods, abuse to minor events. Do you know that just by witnessing trauma, it can possible cause PTSD in someone? Trauma and stress can manifest in different ways, flashbacks, shortness of breath, inability to sleep, freeze-mode, hyper-vigilant and others.

Michal is a CHTP certified healing touch practitioner and yoga instructor. She finds that merging healing and yoga practices together create a multi-level experience for growth towards wholeness and healing. She creates a safe environment for the body-mind to let go and therefore be able to self-heal. Michal is a practitioner at Santa Fe Soul
