Hello and welcome to this page. Glad you stopped by to explore my services and skills.
I am trained as a Lymphatic Decongestion Therapist and a Shaman in the Ka Ta See tradition. I have also been a massage therapist since 1990 and anticipate receiving my New Mexico massage license in the near future.
Lymphatic drainage is helpful for various health concerns such as swelling, pain, recovery from surgeries and injuries, breast and prostate pain, lymphedema, constipation, and detoxification. The lymph drainage is done both manually and with the LymphStar Pro.
The LSP is a non-invasive gentle electrical stimulus that increases the volume of lymph flow in the body and that brings negative electrons into the body to break up congestion in the lymph vessels and in the interstitial fluid. Its effective, efficient
and very relaxing.
The Ka Ta See tradition is based on unconditional love.
For the Ka Ta See people Unconditional love has to do with:
1. Identifying with our truth (our curiosity, delight, joy, exuberance, honest expression) and learning to trust the body sensations that these emotions create as a holder of our truth
2. The acknowledgment of the aliveness of all living things
3. A deep love and respect for earth,
4. Acting and thinking in a way that is not at the expense of self, others or Earth,
5. And a life of interaction with spirit beings so willing to help, teach and heal.
The Ka Ta See people believe that for life to be sustainable it must be based on unconditional love.
All of my treatments include some ceremonial aspects from this tradition. During some treatments the ceremonial aspects are done before or after you leave or in silence while you are on the table. Sometimes toning, rattles, and other instruments may be added. But always the space is filled with spirit helpers offering healing and unconditional love.
The shamanic sessions that are available are:
Coaching in the skill of unconditional love
Repair and correction of the body’s blueprints including Red Door Radionics broadcasting and
Teaching ceremonies of the Ka Ta See tradition.
Before entering the field of body work I received a master’s degree in Economics. Since 1990 I have maintained a bodywork practice and for eleven of those years also worked for the Duke University Diet and Fitness Center as an energy balancing practitioner and teaching classes and workshops in lifestyle change through mindfulness.
I treasure time with my family and friends, being outdoors, various kinds of movement modalities, singing, and creating health and well-being in our bodies and in the world.
I look forward to meeting you and being part of your journey toward thriving in all areas of your life.
