Dr. Christi's Top Health Tip for this week.
January can be a hard month for so many of us. The cold weather, the holiday recovery, and the lack of sunlight can contribute to the Winter Blues. Here are some of the ways I help patients and myself fight the Winter Blues.
*Drink lots of water. I recommend 1/2 your body weight in fluid oz. daily. Personally this is a one hard for me. I have sticky notes everywhere to remind me- Drink your water!!!
*Get plenty of rest and come to Santa Fe Soul to rest on a PEMF (Pulsed Electro Magnetic Frequency) mat.
*My favorite supplements for the blue's are
